Timefold accesses the following types of user data locally on your device for core functionality:

• Photos and Videos: The App accesses photos and videos stored on your device to allow you to select images for your timeline projects. Photos captured using the App's camera feature are saved to your device's storage.
• Audio: The App accesses audio recording capabilities for video recording features.

Data Storage and Transmission:

• All photos, videos, and project data are stored locally on your device only.
• No photos, videos, or other user data are transmitted to external servers or third parties.
• No data is uploaded to cloud services or shared with other users.
• The App does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. Information Not Collected

Timefold does not collect or transmit the following types of information:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Device identifiers (we do not collect or transmit Android ID, IMEI, MAC address, or other device identifiers)
• Precise location data
• Usage analytics or app performance data
• Payment or financial information
• Any other personal data

4. How User Data Is Used

Photos, videos, and audio accessed by the App are used solely for the following purposes:

• To capture and save daily photos for your timeline projects
• To allow you to select existing photos from your device for your projects
• To create and display your photo timelines
• To manage and organize your projects locally on your device

All processing is performed locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers or third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

All photos, videos, and project data are stored locally on your device only. No data is stored on external servers or cloud services.

You have full control over your data:

• All photos are saved to your device's standard photo storage location
• You can delete photos at any time using your device's file manager or photo gallery
• You can delete the App at any time, which will remove App-specific data (project information)
• Photos saved to your device will remain unless you manually delete them

6. Sharing of Information

Timefold does not share any user data with third parties. No photos, videos, project data, or any other information is:

• Transmitted to external servers
• Shared with advertisers or analytics providers
• Sold or rented to third parties
• Disclosed to any external services

7. Permissions and Their Use

Timefold requests the following permissions for core functionality:

• Camera Permission: Used to capture daily photos for your timeline projects. The App accesses your device's camera to take photos, which are then saved to your device's storage.
• Photos / Media: Used to access photos stored on your device and to save photos captured by the App.
• Microphone: Used only when recording videos.

These permissions are used solely for the App's core functionality. All data accessed through these permissions remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.

8. Network Access and Third-Party Services

Timefold does not upload user content to any external servers and does not integrate analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking services.

Any network capability, if present at the system level, is not used to transmit photos, videos, audio, or personal user data.

9. Device Information

Timefold does not collect or transmit device identifiers such as Android ID, IMEI, MAC address, or other unique device identifiers. Any device information that may be accessible at the system level is not collected, stored, or transmitted by the App.

10. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can access all photos and project data stored locally on your device
• You can delete photos at any time using your device's file manager or photo gallery
• You can delete project data by uninstalling the App
• You can revoke permissions at any time through your device's settings

Since no data is transmitted externally, there is no external data to access, modify, or delete.

11. Children's Privacy

Timefold is designed for a general audience. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App only accesses photos, videos, and audio locally on the device and does not transmit personal data externally.
